Our role in assisting the client in Implementation takes place in the following stages:

Implementation

Implementation takes place after the award of contracts to selected candidates; we cater to providing supervision in full time or periodic manner so as to ensure proper execution of works in accordance to Design, Specifications and Performance. Another critical aspect is to cater for maintaining order of works so as to eliminate overlapping and need for re-works, this is carried out through scheduling and monitoring using electronic means.

Completion & Handover

This final stage of a typical Construction or Fitting-out Project requires technical evaluation of the completed works to identify defects and uncompleted works, etc., so as to specify pre-requisites for full Handover. We coordinate inspections and monitor compliance works, develop handing over procedures, monitor transfer of document, compilation for maintenance purposes and most important of all, enforce targeted deadline for Handover.
